well, first off let's find what 15% of the meal cost is anyway, so, what's 15% of 46.40?
if we take 46.40 as the 100%, well, let's check what is the 15% of that.
so, the total cost is then, 46.40 + x.

$46.40 * .15=6.96
$46.40 +6.96= $53.36
