We have that A = 5B, so the answer for the first question is: A Multiply/divide both sides by the same non-zero constant.

For the second we have that in B x= 4, and in A

\begin{gathered} 5x=20 \\ x=(20)/(5) \\ x\text{ = 4} \end{gathered}

So, the answer is A yes.
