Universal law is basically the concept of legal protection on basic rights that is given to all human beings all over the world ever since they're born until they're dead.
Of course, in application, universal law has to face some problems such as a tyrannical government, that's why organization such as united nations exist in order to make sure universal laws will be imposed in all over the world
