y - y1 = m(x - x1) (2, 10) m = 4

y - 10 = 4(x - 2)

y - 10 = 4x - 8

y = 4x + 2 <<< the equation

slope = 4
y = mx + b
b = y - mx
b = 10 - 4(2)
b = 2

equation
y = 4x + 2
