Newton's second law of motion explains:

A force applied to an object equals the object's mass times the object's acceleration.
Think about bowling: A bowling ball will not knock over the pins unless it has enough mass and enough acceleration.

Force = Mass x Acceleration
My mass is about 60 kg.
I am accelerating 5 m/s^2.
If I accidentally ran into you, how much force would I run into you with?
A) 3000 newtons
B) 30 newtons
C) 300 newtons
