The answer is: False

Compared to other latin American countries, El Savadorian and Argentinian probably had the lowest tolerance for spiciness. Most of their dishes are served with sweet pickles. If you notice any red colored soup based in the dishes, it would most likely created by tomatoes rather than chili powder.
