Chloe may be successfully prosecuted ON THE BASIS OF MISINFORMATION.
As a marketer, it is a legal crime to pass across information that is not correct to a buyer in order to sell your goods, when you know fully well that you are lying and those information are not correct. A person who pass across incorrect information about a product can be prosecuted on the basis of misinformation.
