I disagree that there is only one true love for each person, because I believe that love is a conditional subject. It does not have entitlement towards a body or person specifically, but rather a multitude of qualities that provoke the utterance of the subject of love. Also, humans do not have a recorded history of pair mating. This supports that there is not only one true love for each person.
