Here's what'd I'd do. For number one you should turn the two numbers into improper fractions, then take the tops and bottoms of the fractions and multiply them.
Example -
19 x 5
8 x 4
95/32
Convert the improper fraction to a mixed number and you got a answer.
Basically the second question is seeing if you don't get positive and negatives mixed up. It is saying -65 divided by -12 is what? Treat this kind of like a normal division problem. A negative divided by a negative is a positive. Hope this helps!
