so, per inch bolt turns = 16 1/2 = when it is a mixed number it is 33/2
so, if 2 1/2 = 5/2 inches bolt turns = 33/2 x 5/2
=16 5/4
hence 41 1/4 turns

I believe it would be 41.25, just multiply the two numbers. Hope this helps
