Well, it seems to be a simple subtraction problem.
Your answer is 246 because two more will be ten with 8
Six more with four will be ten with six
Four more with six will be ten with six
Check your answer:
11,000-246=10,864
Your answer is 246.

136 is the answer. if you subtract 11,000 minus 136 you get 10,864
