Let x = width
2x-3= length
2W + 2L = Perimeter
2(x) + 2(2x-3) = 84
2x+4x-6=84
6x-6=84
6x-6=84+6
6x=90
x=15 ft Width
2x-3 = 2*15-3 = 27 ft Length
Check: 2*15 + 2*27
30 +54
84 It checks!!
