How should I confront my teacher on fixing one of my grades for the second time?

She misgraded one of my assignments and told me she would correct it and even wrote it down but it's been around more than a week.

You could say that the grades are again showing up wrong since she fixed it(as if she did), and/or ask, how long it should take for the grades to update to help remind her.

Be respectful. After class, approach her at her desk and say something like, "hey i think there still may be an error with my grade in the grade book"
teachers are not your enemy, they are there to help you. Everyone makes mistakes.
