It's defiantly not C. I made a 90% but missed this question. I hope this helps you cross it down. My next guess would be D.

Answer:

Option 3 and 4 - 0,-13

Explanation:

Given : Expression
x^2=-13x-4

To find : What are the solutions?

Solution :

The quadratic formula of the quadratic equation
ax^2+bx+c=0 is

x=(-b\pm√(b^2-4ac))/(2a)

Comparing with general equation,
x^2+13x+4=0

where, a=1 ,b=13, c=4

Substitute in the formula,

x=(-b\pm√(b^2-4ac))/(2a)

x=(-13\pm√(13^2-4(1)(4)))/(2(1))

x=(-13\pm√(169-16))/(2)

x=(-13\pm√(153))/(2)

x=(-13+√(153))/(2),(-13-√(153))/(2)

The value of x is
x=-0.315,-12.68

Approximately the solution of the expression is x=0,-13.
