This line might reveal many aspects of Yoni´s intentions. First of all that he was convinced that his new way of leaving was his destination and his future. He was almost sure that this is the way in which he is going to earn his leaving and he just needed to knock some doors and asked people some questions for him to record. The idea of keeping on study was not a possibility for him and he pretended to be as natural "spontaneous" as he could be.
