The formula for the Surface area (A) of a the cylinder given the base area and the lateral area is,

A=2B+L

Given:

\begin{gathered} B=50.24ft^2 \\ L=75.36ft^2 \end{gathered}

Therefore,

A=2(50.24)+75.36=175.84

Hence, the answer is

175.84ft^2
