The answer is: " - 49 " .

The problem: "What is "-7" multiplied by "the absolute value of (7)"?

Note: The absolute values of (7) = 7 ; that is the absolute values of (positive 7) is: "(positive 7)" .

So, we are left with: What is: "-7 " multiplied by "+ 7" ;
{i.e. , " (-7)*(7) = ? " } ;

The answer is: " -49 " .

Negative 7 times the absolute value of 7
negative times a positive is a negative
so -7*7= -49
