Aerobics is freestyle or free form of exercise in adults life. Basic steps are like normal dance step and it is easy to do whenever we are getting free time. Abdomen and waist reducing and controlling fat are major reasons for doing aerobics regularly. Swing arms, rotate hands, swing leg front-back are very famous and helpful to shape our body.
