To find the 3rd side of a triangle, use the pythagorean theorem.
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
a = 11
b = ?
c = 23
11^2 + b^2 = 23^2
121 + b^2 = 529
b^2 = 408
b = √408 = 2 √102 = 20.199, 20.2, or 20
The answer can be any of those.
