To get f(h(x)), we simply plug h(x) into the x value(s) of f(x), resulting in
2(x²+1)-1=2x²+2-1=2x²+1

For g(f(x)), we plug f(x) into the x value(s) of g(x), resulting in
3(2x-1)=6x-3
