(12^3)÷(12^7)= 4.82253086 • 10^-5

Because 12^3 = 12*12*12:

12*12*12/12*12*12*12*12*12*12

We can cancel out the first 3 12's witch 3 on the bottom so:

1/12*12*12*12
1/12^4
