I think B because you need a negative number to make it less or equal to -5

Write out the inequality.

5 + y ≤ -5y

Subtract both sides by y to get 5 by itself.

5 + y - y ≤ -5y - y

Combine like terms. The y in the left side cancels out.

5 ≤ -6y

Divide both sides by -6 to get y by itself. Remember you're dividing by a negative number so the sign will have to change.

-0.83 repeating is greater than or equal to y.

So, y needs to be less than or equal to -0.83.

So, the only valid answer here would be -10.
