To solve the exercise you can use the rule of three, like this


\begin{gathered} 4\text{ websites}\rightarrow16\text{ hours} \\ x\text{ websites}\rightarrow8\text{ hours} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} x=\frac{8\text{ hours }\ast\text{ 4 websites}}{16\text{ hours}} \\ x=(32)/(16)\text{ websites} \\ x=2\text{ websites} \end{gathered}

Therefore, Finn would look at 2 websites in 8 hours.
