The Expression:

=(3x+5x^3-2x^2+13)+(11-2x^3+5x)
Collect Like Terms.

=5x^3-2x^3-2x^2+3x+5x+13+11
Combine Like Terms.

=3x^3-2x^2+8x+24

Answer B) would be the correct answer.
