We have an expression and we have to solve for n:

\begin{gathered} 0.2(4n+3)=2.2 \\ (0.2)/(0.2)(4n+3)=(2.2)/(0.2)_{} \\ 4n+3=11 \\ 4n+3-3=11-3 \\ 4n=8 \\ (4)/(4)n=(8)/(4) \\ n=2 \end{gathered}
