Answer: They are excited to be moving again

In "The Circuit," Panchito is the son of an immigrant family from Mexico. Panchito's family are seasonal workers, which means that they constantly move from place to place looking for work. In the story, Panchito tells us about his first day of school. He likes it, and a teacher tells him he will teach Panchito how to play the trumpet. When he gets home, his little siblings run up to him, excited. Panchito notices the boxes, and realizes they are moving again.
