We are asked to determine the images of the points of a triangle when reflected over the y-axis. To do that, let's remember the formula for a refection over the y-axis:

(x,y)\rightarrow(-x,y)

The coordinate of point A is (4,-1), when reflected we get:

(4,-1)\rightarrow(-4,-1)

The coordinates of point B are (0,3) when reflected we get:

(0,3)\rightarrow(0,3)

The coordinates of point C are (-2,0) when reflected we get:

(-2,0)\rightarrow(2,0)

Therefore, the only point that is its same image is point B.
