-2x+y=-6 (this equation is easier since you can get y=something easily.)
y = -6+2x
So, you can substitute y in the other equation.
-3x+2(-6+2x)=-10
-3x-12+4x=-10
x-12=-10
x=2
You can get y value by substituting too.
y=-6+2(2)=-2
