y = mx + b
slope(m) = 2/3
(3,7)...x = 3 and y = 7
now we sub and find b, the y int
7 = 2/3(3) + b
7 = 2 + b
7 - 2 = b
5 = b

so the equation for this line is : y = 2/3x + 5..and since ur other point is on the same line, it follows this equation

y = 2/3x + 5......(x,9)..when y = 9
9 = 2/3x + 5
9 - 5 = 2/3x
4 = 2/3x
4 * 3/2 = x
6 = x

so ur other point is (6,9) <==
