You can get rid of fractions by multiplying equation by largest denominator:

6((1)/(6) x^2 -(7)/(3) x + (15)/(2) = 0) \\ \\ x^2 - 14x+45 = 0

Now it should seem easier to factor.

9*5 = 45 , 9+5 = 14

(x-9)(x-5) = 0
