The formula is
A=p (1+r)^t
A people after 4.5 years 15000
P current people ?
R rate of growth 0.065
T time 4.5 years
Solve the formula for p to get
P=A÷(1+r)^t
P=15,000÷(1+0.065)^(4.5)
P=11,298.42 round your answer to get 11298
Hope it helps!
