"Pangs of dispriz'd love" is an expression used to refers to heartache.

Since Hamlet is in love with Ophelia who is compelled by her father to reject him, hamlet suffers and is confused which lead him to feel really distressed.

Hamlet is the Prince of Denmark, nephew to the usurping Claudius, and son of King Hamlet, in the William Shakespeare's play.
