The standard form of the equation for a straight line is
y = mx + b
where m = the slope
b = y-intercept

The slope is -47, therefore
y = -47x + b

The line passes through (2,5), therefore
-47*2 + b = 5
-94 + b = 5
Add 94 to each side.
b = 5 + 94 = 99

The equation is y = -47x + 99

Answer: y = -47x + 99
