Marfan's syndrome is a disease associated with faulty manufacture of the extracellular protein fibrillin. since this is a component of elastic fibers, in which of the numbered cells would the damaged gene be expressed?

There are many organs that made up by the elastic fiber.

The most abundant organ would be skin, bones, and joints. Marfan syndrome will give prominent symptoms as strecth marks in skin, long and thin bone(arms, leg, fingers), lens of the eye, and shape of the chest.
