Starch is used as energy storage, not for the cellular wall. That is why many plants that we eat has a high amount of starch. Cellulose is used for cell walls, but not as energy storage. A human can't digest cellulose so if you eat it you won't get any nutrient from it. Both of them is polymer of glucose
