However, you can find the equation of the correct line yourself:

Given one point (2, -4) on the line and the slope, -3/2, merely insert this info into the "point-slope form of the equation of a straight line."

y-y1 = m(x-x1) becomes y - [-4] = (-3/2)(x-2)
and this simplifies to y+4 = (-3/2)(x-2), or y = (-3/2)x +3 - 4 (and so on)
