15 + 20x > = 95
20x > = 95 - 15
20x > = 80
x > = 80/20
x > = 4 <== so he needs to mow at least 4 more lawns

95 = 20x + 15
95 (-15) = 20x + 15 (-15)
80/20 = 20x/20
4 = x
Jose needs to mow 4 lawns
