f(x) h(x)

x | y x | y
0 | 3 -3 | -3
1 | 5 -2 | -1
2 | 7 -1 | 1
3 | 9 0 | 3
4 | 11 1 | 5
5 | 13 2 | 7
3 | 9
4 | 11
5 | 13

The lines will cross at infinite points, because they are parallel to one another. The question stated that f(x) = h(x), so the inputs and outputs will be the same for both equations.
