The answer is 6.1
Divide (3/4) then multiply by 6 to get 4.5
Then divide (4/5) then multiply by -2 to get -1.6
But because you’re subtracting a negative, the two negatives cancel and you’re actually *adding* 6(3/4) and 2(4/5)
So the problem is actually
6(3/4)+2(4/5)
Then put it in decimal form (see above) and it can be rewritten as
4.5+1.6
Which equals 6.1
If you don’t know how to add decimals without a calculator then add what’s after the decimal first (5+6) but that’s bigger than 10 (11) so move the tens place (1) to before the decimal and keep the ones place (the second 1 in 11) after the decimal.
Then it becomes 4+1+1=6
6.1
