Use the empirical rule to calculate estimates of tolerance intervals containing 68.26 percent, 95.44 percent, and 99.73 percent of all possible bank customer waiting times. (round your answers to 3 decimal places. negative amounts should be indicated by a minus sign.)

By empirical rule, 68.36 percent lie within 1 standard deviation of mean on either side, similarly, 95.44 and 99.7 percent lie in 2 and 3 standard deviations respectively. So, 68.36% tolerance interval is (134.5-16.6343 to 134.5+16.6343) which is (117.8657 to 151.1343) 95.44% tolerance interval is (134.5-2*16.6343 to 134.5+2*16.6343) which is (101.2314 to 167.7686) 99.73% tolerance interval is (134.5-3*16.6343 to 134.5+3*16.6343) which is (84.5971 to 184.4029)
