y = -4(x - 2)² + 4
This equation is in vertex form.

y = a(x - h)² + k
(h,k) is the vertex.

(h, k) = (2, 4)
axis of symmetry x = 2

So it will be the graph with a point at (2, 4).
Also remember that it opens downward because the a is negative.

The graph is the upper right one.
vertex is (2, 4).
x = 2
