6x - 9y = 9....divide everything by 3
2x - 3y = 3
-3y = -2x + 3
y = 2/3x - 1....slope is 2/3, y int is -1
2x - 3y = 6
-3y = -2x + 6
y = 2/3x - 2...slope is 2/3, y int is -2
same slope, different y int means parallel lines means no solutions
