Add up all sides lengths:

s+6 + s+6 + s + s + 2s = 102

solve for s:

6s + 12 = 102
6s = 90
s= 15

The lengths of sides are as follows:

15, 21, 21, 15, 30 inches

I hope that helps!

Answer:

The length of each side is 21 inches, 21 inches, 15 inches, 30 inches and 15 inches.

Explanation:

Consider the provided figure.

It is given that the perimeter of a school crossing sign is 102 inches.

The figure have 5 sides having the length s+6, s+6, s, 2s and s.

Now the perimeter is the sum of all sides,

s+6+s+6+s+2s+s=102

6s+12=102

6s=102-12

6s=90

s=15 inches

The length of each side is:

s+6=15+6=21 inches

s+6=15+6=21 inches

s=15 inches

2s=2×15=30 inches

s=15 inches

Hence, the length of each side is 21 inches, 21 inches, 15 inches, 30 inches and 15 inches.
