y=4/5x +20

If a line is parallel to this line the slope of the line will be the same as the given line =

Let the parallel line is y = mx + c

and c = y-intercept

equation will be y =
(4)/(5)x+c

This line passes through (-15, 8)

so 8 = (-15)
((4)/(5)) + c

8 = -12 + c

c = 12 + 8

c = 20

Now the equation of the parallel line will be y =
((4)/(5))x + 20
