3/4=9/12
1/3=4/12
4/12=2/6=20/60
20 minutes or 4/12 of the time

3/4 of an hour= 45minutes
1/3 of 45 =15minutes
so u jump rope for 15 minutes
15/60=1/4
jump rope for 1/4 of the hour
