She is Unfeeling because Un- meaning not and feeling of course means to sense by touch or how one is with emotions and as her aunt is rude making her unfeeling usually when you have a kid your caring and your nice and if it were in Jane's Point of View she would see her aunt as rude and unkindly as well as unfeeling she doesn't care for her.
