Okay, here we have this:

1)

a:

Considering that 1cm represents 1m, and that the actual long is 10cm and the actual wide is 5cm, let's obtain the real long and wide:

Real long=10cm*(1m/cm)=10m

Real wide=5cm*(1m/1cm)=5m

Finally we obtain that the real measures of the swimming pool are 10m long and 5m wide.

b:

Here we need to convert the real measures to a scale where 1cm represents 2m, let's do it:

New Long=10m*(1cm/2 m)=5cm

New wide=5m*(1cm/2m)=2.5cm

In this case we obtain that according with the new scale the measures will be 5cm of long and 2.5 cm of wide.

c:

Now, we need to compare the new scale with the first scale, so let's do it:

Measures of initial scale: 10cm long and 5cm wide

Measures of actual scale: 5cm long and 2.5cm wide

Here we can see that the measurements are smaller the scale drawing where 1cm represents 2m is smaller than the original scale drawing.
