Rade consumers are more than likely "cutting-edge" consumers that enjoy the latest and greatest technology. While a Rade consumer may value a little bit less durable product, for a little flash, talion may want something they can drop in the toilet and have it not break. Talion consumers are more than likely folks that are more of the "lay-person," that just want something that works and doesn't break.
