Originally:
Total liquid volume = 1 L
Sugar volume = 10% of 1L = 0.1 L
Finally:
Sugar volume = (1/4) of 0.1 L = 0.025 L
Total liquid volume = 1 L
Percentage of sugar = 100*0.025 = 2.5%
Answer: 2.5%
