Divide each distance by its time, you will get:
Elena: 20.5/2.25 = 9.1111111 mph
Julio: 12.25/1.5=8.16666666 mph
Kevin: 20 2/3/1 2/3 = 12.4 mph
Lorena: 33.25/2 1/3 = 14.25 mph
Slowest to fastest:
Julio<Elena<Kevin<Lorena
